Technology Orientation
The IT team in an end-user organization is typically a single technology team. Familiarity with new technologies would be unlikely to be more than rudimentary, given that such an opportunity never arose. Vendors would each come and showcase their packages on various technology platforms and it is therefore crucial for the IT decision makers to understand the evolution of various technologies.
KISL will draw up Technology Orientation programme, based on a measurement of the current skills of both the IT as well as end-users. Such a programme will include Specific technology as well as process oriented MENTORING modules based on a schedule that relates to the overall project goals.
